I began my working life in corporate training, primarily IT, but left that world behind when I had my
three daughters and decided to home-educate them, during which time I nourished my passion for creative writing by writing poems on commission for people from all over the world, and self-published
my first science-fiction novel, Freen.
As my children became older, I taught creative writing classes to adults and realised the amazing healing
power of crafting thoughts and emotions into words on a page. I believe that a creative outlet of some sort is essential and I love mentoring my writing groups to believe in themselves and their
growing writing skills.
Having been brought up by ‘hippy parents’ I have always been interested in natural health and the idea of
self-responsibility and self-health management. Attending a fascinating lecture on how amazing and informative our blood is, led me to formally study Live Blood Analysis (Darkfield Microscopy) and in
2021 I helped design and run an ongoing, international health outcome study, of which I am still a director.
Homeopathy came to me in 2019, when I began having panic attacks after the death of my father (thank you
Aconite!). I joined the wonderful Central College of Homeopathy and commenced study under Gordon Sambidge to become a qualified Homeopath and Nutritional Therapist (hoping to qualify towards the end
of 2025).
My passion for open-minded education and my exposure to a vast array of new and ancient healing
modalities through my work with the health study have brought me to the understanding that healing can happen through any number of methods, but the belief in healing must come from within you.
