What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a form of energy medicine that triggers your body's natural system to heal the disturbances causing dis-ease. Remedies are made from a variety of higly diluted substances, making even those derived from poisonous or toxic substances safe and non-toxic for babies, pregnant and lactating women, the elderly and even those using strong pharmaceuticals.
For over 200 years, homeopathy has been used to heal both acute and chronic disease and it is once again gaining in popularity due to a growing mistrust in the pharmaceutical model and a desire for medicine that takes your whole body, as well as your mental and emotion health into account.
Homeopathic medicines are taken either in the form of a tiny sugar pill, placed and allowed to disolve under the tongue, or as a tincture, dropped into water and sipped.
The principal of homeopathy is 'like cures like', where substances that would cause symptoms in a healthy person are used to cure those same symptoms in illness - for example, a remedy made from coffee can be used to help treat sleep issues.
Being a practical and pragmatic Virgo, my skill is in helping you unpack and process aspects of your health and wellness so that together, we can assess what is working for you, what can be improved, and what can be discarded. My focus is on being your partner in raising your vitality, whilst ensuring you feel supported and validated.
What happens during my appointment?
During your first appointment, I will take a detailed personal timeline and ask lots of questions about you, your feelings, sensations and
likes and dislikes, as well as information about life events and the health of your biological relations. This is all relevant to your case and is how I decide upon the most similar remedy to the
individual picture of you. A first appointment lasts up to 90 minutes. Subsequent appointments can be quicker, but not necessarily - in a homeopathic appointment, you are given all the time you need
- this is a time and a space just for you.
How quickly do the remedies work?
It depends entirely on you and your disturbance. If you have been unwell for many years, if can take months or even years to fully heal. Sometimes healing is quick, sometimes it is slow, it is as
individual as you are and I tailor appointments to your needs, however, monthly is usually enough and appointments can be done in-person or over Zoom or Whatsapp.
The aim of homeopathy is not to suppress symptoms, it is to increase your vital force so your body can heal its disturbances and you no longer suffer from symptoms. Sometimes, in the process of
healing, old symptoms can temporarily reoccur (though not always).
What if I am taking pharmaceutical medications?
Homeopathy is non-toxic and will not chemically interact with pharmaceuticals, however, your body will be under the influence of your medication and this will be taken
into account when prescribing. Homeopathy can support you whilst you are on medications and on your journey to reducing them, if this is your desire, however, you must never stop or change
pharmaceutical medications without consulting your doctor or medical care provider.

When you see your blood under the darkfield microscope, it resembles the night sky, with its endless constellations of twinkling stars and you understand the truth in, ‘As above, so below’ and ‘on Earth as it is in Heaven’.
Our blood flows around and around us, keeping us nourished, hydrated and living. It fights off intruders and seals our wounds. It is no wonder that it has been coveted in sorcery, used to seal deals and potentise wicked deeds.
Not only is your blood vital and powerful, but it is also informative; a living river which, like any river, can be clear, healthy and vibrant, or stagnant and unable to sustain life.
Live blood analysis (LBA) and dry blood analysis (DBA) do not diagnose disease. They can be read as an indication of the health of your biological terrain at that moment. If your blood shows signs of nutrient deficiencies, immune system imbalances, organ dysfunction, or yeast and bacteria, LBA and DBA analysis can help you understand the changes you could make to improve your health.
A single drop of blood is taken from your fingertip, placed on a glass slide and viewed through a microscope in brightfield and then darkfield settings. The images are shared on a screen with you, their state discussed and, where necessary, a remedial action-plan put in place.
Yes, just a little. I will prick your fingertip with a single-use, disposable lancet and take a tiny drop of blood for the live blood analysis, then I will squeeze the same finger to obtain a small ball of blood for the dry blood analysis. It only takes a minute and really isn’t that bad!
What am I looking for?
I will assess the quality of your red blood cells, the quantity, type and motility of your white blood cells, see if your platelets are aggregating and assess any other inclusions in your plasma. Healthy blood should look a certain way, if yours doesn’t, you can usually make changes to improve it.
Please ensure you are well hydrated and avoid caffeinated drinks and all food for at least two hours before your appointment.
